The Surfrider Foundation is hosting a Happy Hour and informal panel discussion about the findings from The Sixth International Marine Debris Conference. Following, there will be a screening of the film,The Smog of the Sea, which details plastic pollution in the Sargasso Sea with marine scientist Marcus Eriksen of 5 Gyres, musician Jack Johnson, and other activists and citizen scientists.
